Cancellation Policy

When you place a job with Europa Print Group. you are entering into a legally binding contract. Should you choose to cancel this contract at a later date it can only be cancelled in writing.

We will immediately allocate resources to your account. These take a wide variety of forms from customer service personnel, machine and delivery scheduling, studio costs, print finishing etc.

It is responsibility to perform your part of the contract e.g supply the PDF's to our required standard.

Under the terms of the contract Europa Print Group will retain 50% of the contract value or invoice this amount where payments received at the time of cancellation are less than this amount.
